The Iverson brothers are world class in every way. I'll only be using them for my concrete projects from now on. We had them remove a boulder retaining wall and replace it with a poured concrete retaining wall. They also poured an RV pad and did some other flat work for us. We absolutely love the finished product. Their pricing was fair and their work was top-notch. Here are a few of the reasons they impressed us: 1. Bradley communicated far better than any other contractor I've worked with. He came when he said he would come and they finished when they said they would. Every time I had a question or asked for any changes, the response was world-class customer service every time. 2. When they dug to the originally planned depth for the retaining wall footer, Bradley was concerned that it wasn't deep enough because the soil wasn't compacting properly and that it needed to go another 18" deeper. He felt terrible for not realizing that ahead of time and offered to pay for the additional concrete and labor and he really wanted the wall to last forever. I love how he looked out for our best interest. 3. On the morning they were supposed to pour the footer, the concrete line pump they hired wouldn't work. This is one of those critical moments where you watch how they are going to react. They ended up calling one of the big concrete pump trucks that I'm sure was significantly more expensive, but it was the right thing to do and they did it without thinking twice. 4. On the day they poured the retaining wall, they ended up being about 1 yard short on the concrete they ordered. Again, this is one of those moments that you wonder what they will do. They ordered a short load of concrete and paid the premium to ensure the wall was properly finished. Again, it cost them some extra money but it was the right thing to do and they did it without batting an eye. 5. They were meticulous about bringing in road base, compacting it, and having a good surface for the concrete. Their rebar placement was flawless in both the wall and the flat work. It looked absolutely beautiful and was perfectly laid out and tied together. We've had other concrete contractors try to pull a fast one and not add rebar, but the Iverson Brothers are true to their word and it's very clear that their integrity matters to them. They also honored everything else they wrote in the bid without us having to ask for it or remind them about it. 6. They are hard workers and very experienced. Both Bradley and Max have been doing concrete for a lot of years and they know what they are doing. Their work ethic is incredible. I watched them work hard every day to stay on schedule. I got tired just watching them work. I can't say enough about the Iverson brothers. You won't find anybody better.

I had a fairly large residential job I need done and had four separate companies give me bids for. I was very impressed with Bradley and his responsiveness during the bid process that we went with him. I happened to be out of town during the forming and pour and Bradley would send me photo and video updates as the job progressed. It has been a week since the job was complete and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out! I will use Iverson Brothers everytime from here on out.
